In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we are utilizing a new support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which can be used to track the status and progress. Your email address is required to submit a ticket, so you can be notified when your request is complete.

If you have an emergency, please submit a ticket and contact the Help Desk at 616-458-4411 (x84411) for immediate assistance.

For all other requests, please open a support ticket and your request will be handled by the next available person. Rest assured that your ticket will get immediate attention and high priority requests generally receive a response in less than one hour.
